    There is only ONE diet that will not cause you to gain more wait than you might lose. It's called the healthy human diet. Light meats (chicken, fish), fruits, vegetables, whole grains, water, unsweetened fruit juices, and exercise (even walking!) are how we humans stay healthy.

    Crash diets do exactly what their name implies. They crash. What's worse is that they can cause you harm in the short run, if not in the long run, and if you make it through the crash phase, most people simply gain the weight back because they are over indulging in those things that they were denied.

    Switch to a healthy diet, don't crash.

  • Yep, it DOESN'T WORK. What is wrong with people???? If those diets worked than we wouldn't be having over weight or chubby people. There's a reason why there are sooo many diets and pills out there cause THEY DON'T WORK. That's why they keep on making them to make people hopeful. Just excerise and Eat HEALTHY

    It's stupid, it only gives you enough victims so you don't die but it's still starving yourself, not healthy and not recommended, just exercise and eat normally, (don't eat like a pig and and don't eat candies or other high fattening foods all the time) seriously why does everyone make it seem like that's so hard to do a few exercise, but starving yourself is 'great', seriously it's natural to just exercise (use videos, run/ jog, get a hobby that involves getting up and moving/don't do gym it's a waste of money and no one really stays faithful to them).

    hate hate hate hate hate them so much. i dont know why people think theres some magical way to lose all this weight in like a week, if that worked dont you think everyone would be skinny? its really bad for you.

    Its for suckers.You will lose some weight for some weeks.You will hurt your health.And all the weight will come back later on.
