Question about face wash. Skin burning?
So, for my typical face wash, I use epiduo. It's a clear gel face wash and 2 creams. I ran out of the epiduo the other day, so I decided I was going to use my old face wash. My old face wash Clean & Clear. After about 5 minutes of washing my face (using Clean & Clear), my skin was burning tremendously and was really irritated.
Could anyone explain why this is happening and what I could do to solve it.
It is extremely painful & none of my parents are home to help
I now seem to be forming a rash. Please help!

Most facial washes contain an acid that helps remove dirt and grease. The concentrations vary so if you find one that works stick with it. As to why it is it burning the active ingredient is causing irritation and inflammation. Flush your face with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not rub it this will increase the irritation. It should lessen shortly within an hour.
