How to withdraw money from my EPF a/c, when employer is not supporting?
I resigned from my previous company without serving the notice period. Now when I went to employer they said you have to pay penalty for not serving the notice period otherwise they won't sign it. For this I consulted one EPF Agent lawyer he said send the form with all proofs via post to RPFC and they will get it signed forcefully because employer can't put hold on your EPF a/c, I did exactly what he said but when I called EPF enquiry they said they don't have record of my EPF number.Before this I tried to get it signed from Gazetted officer but form got rejected because that I could do in case employer is not present. please help.(India)

you give a Grievance Petition to the Regional Officer of EPF about the situation. He would usually ask you to meet the PRO of his office with all records (last account statement, pay slips etc). You must mark the petition as ''Intended for Grievance Cell" and mail to them by RP with copy to the Employer.
You may fees to the lawyer and have the petition written properly.

Hi You can get it transfered to the new account No which you may have received from your present Employer. If not Employed then visit the EPF Office or write to them.
