My father is a doctor, and if you do feel slight pains, and it have increased in size and height, then you should go to a doctor to get it checked, if it's more than 4 milimeters, then it should be taken off and checked for cancer.

If you're really concerned that it could be something dangerous, like cancerous tissue, cause it hurts, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GET A DOCTOR to check you out. Otherwise, don't fret too much. It's just a mole.

There are certain signs to look for in cases of cancer. There are increase in size of the mole, irregular edges, enlarged lymph nodes draining that area (in that case check your arm pit for swellings), raised or flush and the location. In the arm pit is usually not the site and it mostly happens to body areas exposed to sunlight (uv radiation damage) but this does not exclude it that it can not happen any place else. My advice, look for these signs. If you are uncomfortable, visit your doctor and he can comment on it better. I hope this helps. Cheers!

i would have it checked out. if you dont want to make a meeting with your doctor right away just mention it at your next check up. it may be something dangerous but dont worry :)

Well if it hurts and its never been there before, tell your parents and go to a doctor. You can get it removed.
