Can I lose 7-14lb in 7-8 weeks?

I'm a 13 year old girl and im 5'5. I go on holiday soon and I would love to lose some weight. (I'm 135 lb ish,it changes alot).

    Sure! You can go for losing 1-2 lb a week. Just make sure to eat at least 500 less calories each day.

    -500 calories x 7 days = -3500 calories = loss of 1 lb / week

    -1000 calories x 7 days = -7000 calories = loss of 2 lb / week

    (( 3500 calories = 1 lb))

    Just make sure to eat healthy & do lotsa cardio!! Running/walking is a good thing to incorperate into your day as well! Keeping track of your calories (yes, each and every one) will help as well because you can eat like normal, but burn off the calories.

    Hope this helps.. I hope the math isn't too difficult. I tried it and I actually lost the weight! :)

    i got here upon the e book to be very informative and elementary to verify. i've got misplaced 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely in touch that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too immediately. i visit confess i've got no longer accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet customarily) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me with the aid of volume that i might lose.     135 is perfect for 5'5! You don't need to lose weight at all! Also, you're only 13. Your body will grow and change lots before it's done. Love and embrace it.
