I'm trying to find a 1980's movie...?

It was an animated flick about some cats who lived in London, England. Two of them were business rivals and when the one died, the other married his wife to gain his business papers/secrets. The stepson doesn't like him and fights with him all the time until his new stepfather beats him up and sells him into slavery and he has to fight tooth-and-nail for food.
