I work out at LOT and really watch what I eat, but I can't eat any more salads or grilled chicken! I am losing my mind. No matter what i do, I cannot drop a pound. Doctors say I have no gland problems and I can't just use self-control to no end. Does anyone know any good steroids, pills - anything that will help?

He doesn't sit, or stay. He barks whenever he feels like, and it's very shrill. I don't have a car and can't get him to an affordable trainer. (And I really can't afford a trainer that makes house calls.) He was meant to be a service animal for my partner, and we love him to death, but we just can't get him to obey!

Any suggestions??

I have tried everything, including dieting and exercising over a long period of time. I really need to lose weight but I am killing myself and not gaining any muscle or losing any fat. I've cut out everything that could hurt me - sugar, cut out pasta and fat foods, don't snack and exercise all the time, but it's not cutting it. And no, I don't have a thyroid problem or a hypothalamus problem - did testing and it didn't work.

I'm young but I can't take it. I've heard that there is a herb that can promote fast weight loss and I NEED it. I don't drink or do drugs, but I need something that will help me. If you know of a good, legal herb that can help me, please let me know. I'm terrified of heart problems or diabetes because I can't get the weight off. Even the doctors say I don't have a thyroid problem, so please - Help me. Thanks, guys.

I lived in Russia for several years as a child and learned to love their "Рисовая каша" or "Rice porridge" or "Rice kasha." I have been to several "Russian" or "European" stores since moving back to America but can't seem to find even instant porridge of a rice origination. If ANYBODY knows a good from-scratch recipe, or where to find some mix or something.... PLEASE, let me know!!
