About how long does one have to wear medical staples after a car accident?
The person with staples was on the driver's side of the car, but the passenger side was hit.
Just a rough estimate (ie 4-7 months) will suffice.
Thank you!

It all depends on the type of wound. Some have staples in for one week, some for a bit longer. They are not usually left in for long periods of time (not over one month).

The patient should suffer the staples until the wound heals to the point where they aren't required any longer.

It depends on the wound. Talk to your doctor.
