Anarchist slogan. Class struggle is a war waged by the working class (or "masses) against the rich.

Creating a class war is the precedent before a Socialist or Communist can take over as a Dictator.
That is what Obama and his divisiveness is all about! The Obama Agenda.

It means that a communist has told you a lie. They believe that the entirety of history is all class war, the struggle between the working class/proletariat and those above. They are wrong as dismiss the complexity of humanity and reasoning for peoples actions, as well as overlook human nature.
