Sharp Pain in my wrist?

pain started when i began to play basketball began to start using wrist in shooting got sore kept playing then it got bad enough to where i couldnt shoot ball anymore so i massaged it got a little better cud shoot again then played football and my legs got caught recievers legs i was playing as a cb fell on my wrist crazy sharp pain on it now whenever i move wrist up or down and there 2-3 tender areas when i touch it it hurts now it hurts to press cover sombody hurt like hell when i push wrist up or down but if i can move it without pain just when i push it back severe pain. and i broke my bone in my arm like 2-3 inches down from wrist bout 3 years ago duno if that may have something to do with it
