It sounds like you are an anarchist. Some anarchists feel not voting is the best choice. They feel that a vote is consenting to the system of being ruled. Others feel like voting for the party that will reduce government the most is the best choice. In that case I would advice voting Libertarian, or maybe for Ron Paul if he wins the republican nomination. There are also some third parties that want to lessen government just as much if not more than the libertarian party, such as the Boston Tea Party which ran in 2008 with Charles Jay as the presidential nominee.

in the start, i replaced into tempted to assert "No", and the yankee Civil conflict being the justification. even although, IF there got here a time while a "great majority" of the people fairly needed to disband the present government with the aid of vote, i think of it fairly is possible. impossible, yet possible. So, my answer is: theoretically specific. I say "unlikely" as a results of fact the "powers that be" could do something and each thing to dodge it. AND, the great-majority could would desire to finally do away with this democrat vs republican paradigm...it fairly is likewise unlikely on the 2d and foreseeable destiny.
