    Wurm...

    I believe you have a very blond, ungroomed Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier or Wheaten Terrier mix. They are so much cuter when NOT clipped! (See photos and information below.)

    How big is the dog? You have any other pictures except for a frontal sit? We can't really get much from that.

    I would say the dog has terrier in him. And I always like to throw in a long shot, but from that angle the dog looks like a Sapsali almost.

    Looks like a soft-coated wheaten terrier mix.

    I would guess a Bearded Collie mix or possibly a Briard mix. Neither usually comes in solid white but the heads and coat look similar.

    Depends on size. If he's big, he's mostly Old English Sheepdog. If he's small, he could be part PONS, part Havanese, part Tibetan Terrier, part Puli, part Bearded Collie.
