Is there another Psychic,Water Pulse and Shock wave in fire red because i accidentally used them.?

I completed the game already and beat the elite four like 40 times but i cant find the Tm's i need after i got them once already for Cleffa and Pichu, and no I'm not evolving them.

Update:

i believe the move tutor gives the pokemon only some old moves it was going to learnt not any.

    i believe theres a move tutor who will teach your pokemon any move that can handle, unless thats a different pokemon. thats all i can give ya

    Breed them. Chain-breed, if necessary.
