Polish translation needed for "No personal property should be in common areas".?
A tenant in my condo building is storing their furniture in the basement. Their landlord asked me to place a sign as a reminder (she's pretty stubborn). I typed it in google translate and the returning text was: Przechowywać nieruchomości z powierzchni wspólnych.
Is this correct? Could you offer a better suggestion?

What yours says is 'keep the property in common areas' which is alright. But a more clear alternative is "nie mienia osobistego we wspólnych obszarach" which says 'no personal property in common areas". It's more straight forward but you could use either one.

Uwaga: Nie należy wystawiaÄ mebli i innych przedmiotów na zewnÄ trz swojego mieszkania.
(lit.) For your attention: You mustn't store furniture and other personal effects outside your own flat (condo).
The google translation is unintelligible, I'm afraid.
