Can I use this liquid to deglaze and make a sauce?

I'm going to sautee some steaks and want to try deglazing the pan and making a sauce. I'm only able to use what I have here. I have Lime Juice, Soy Sauce, Frozen Grape juice concentrate, Water, Lemonade, or raspberry iced tea.

I heard Lime juice would work, but will there be overpowering lime taste to the sauce??

    Every chef I know uses either chicken or beef stock or if they don't have that, plain water. Anything with a flavour to it will cause the meat to have that flavour, so just using plain water is the best thing,
