Ask on one site then another,Why?

Why do so many people come on here and ask in one section ( India , United Kingdom etc. ) then come on U.S. section to ask the same question? So many of them are things that most of use haven't got a clue to, not knowing their laws or traditions, so why jump from section to section? I know people come on here and post the same question day after day, week after week, why is that also allowed? I know there probably isn't an answer to this, but I still had to rant. Thanks for indulging me.

have you ever signed into one specific country other than the USA?

take UK as a for instance

it moves VERY slowly, we are a relatively small country compared to America

so some may ask in their own country and stare at the screen for 10 minutes waiting on a reply

post world wide, it moves off the page with in a couple of minutes, with 15 answers

    regarding cultural questions?

people do not stay in one place forever, so say a muslim question? people in their homeland ask worldwide, and muslims in the UK, or USA can answer

as for the constant asking the same question?? beats me, but it makes my teeth itch!

I know asking the same questions in different categories or countries can be annoying but it is not without logic in all cases.

Sometimes different categories may be appropriate and if one leaves the question in just one category one may not get appropriate response from another relevant category.

Also it is not just legal stuff that people seek answers for and testing the same question across cultures and countries may result in a better range of answers for one to make a decision from.

I think people like to be verified... the more categories they place their question in, the more chances that they get answered, and thus have their question (and in turn, themselves) verified or acknowledged. I think it is human nature to want the attention and verification from others. I guess the best we could do is sift through the questions and check which ones are deserving of answers. I always say curiosity should be rewarded with information. :)
