Chest pains, quite worried?
Right so Went to a party and smoked some cigarettes, and when I got home my chest felt bit tight and hurt when to deep breath.. Feels like I'm recovering from a big run. Anyway, I slept on it and woke up in the morning and it still hurts. It can't be nothing to do with my heart etc as the pain is on my right side. Help?

There are a few things I'd like to know
What is your job? (pain could be related to repetitive motion at work)
Was it your first time to smoke?
Does it hurt when you move?
Can you pinpoint the area that hurts with your finger?
Any heart related pain would **usually** present with a crushing pain on the entire chest that is not relieved or exacerbated by movement or breathing. (usually, but not always)
I would still recommend a visit to your doctor. Because there is no substitute for a good physical examination/lab work in diagnosing these things.

it is definitely not your heart because cardiac pain cannot change on movement or breathe. it might be your lungs if you've never smoked before?
