If I am trying to improve my endurance during a run...?

Should I run faster, at shorter distances. Or run slower, at longer distances?

Here is the trick for improving your endurance (when you wake up in the morning 1st thing drink 2 glasses of water with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt then take a b12 sublingual then repeat the 2 glasses of water and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt before each meal and 1 glass and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt before going to bed. Now you will find your energy level will be amazing now before you go on a run take a hot shower and when you get ready to rinse turn the water on as cold as you can get it. Now this might seem too much for you it all depends on what price you want to pay for endurance but I assure you that you will feel like superman if you do as I tell you and your overall endurance will make you think that you are actually superman. What this does if turn the blood in your body from - to + or acid to alkaline as soon as the cold water hits you it reverses the energy flow of the body. Hope you have good luck.

breath by your nostril and out the mouth simply by fact once you run you will might desire to think of approximately respiratory out your nostril and while you're taking a huge breath your lungs will prefer to push out all the carbonized or only be what comes organic

you'll need to do a combination of both. 3 days of long slow/medium runs and then do some sort of a interval/tempo run.
