Would this annoy you?

Question

Just curious...say you work in a quiet-ish office in a cubicle. The lady next to you spends the whole morning randomly laughing. You can't hear what she's laughing at, she never says anything, and she's not on the phone. Just every few minutes, sometimes a few times a minute, she just bursts out laughing. And it has been going on for 2 or 3 months. Every day. 
Would that annoy you?

Yes, that would be annoying.

There was a retarded lady using the ATM before me.  She was chuckling most of the time.  Then when she was done, she thanked the ATM for its services.

I'm not sure because i have not been in that situation, but i could see how that would annoy someone. But what can you do? "Stop laughing and being happy so much!"?

it probably would, a little.  how loud is she?  is it's fairly quiet, I'd probably just get used to it.
