You could just let it pass without talking about it. Make sure in the future that you always close and lock your door before entertaining yourself. If you feel it necessary to comment at all, why not say," Sorry about the embarrassment this afternoon. I'll be sure to close the door from now on." Then, let it drop.

Your mom is probably not tripping about it. She must know it's normal unless she showing signs otherwise. Don't talk about it unless she does. Act like nothing ever happened

Pretend nothing happened
If you just pretend nothing happened and never bring it up, your mom will do the same. She probably wants the image of you stroking yourself out of her head- desperately.
