question about heels and platforms?

i love those boots! they look like a combination of my two favorite pairs of boots. platforms in general take a little getting used to, first, because they're a bit higher than you're used to being, and second, they're heavier than regular shoes. those shoes that you posted have one other issue - that curved toe may make you feel (for the first few steps, anyway) like you're constantly falling forward. it took me about five minutes to get used to my boots like those. after that, they were absolutely fine, and i could run in them.

These look easy to walk in. Personally I don't understand people when they say they cant walk in heels. I own a cheap pair of 6 inch heels with a 2 inch platform.... And I can literally run in them.

I don't know why, but it's a lot easier for me to walk in platforms than other heels/boots. I wear heels every weekend, pretty much all weekend and I just started getting into platforms and I fell in love with them :)

Platforms are the easiest heels to walk in because they give you more support. It seems to me like they don't make your feet hurt as fast either. I guess that depends on the quality of the shoe, too. platforms make them much easier to walk in. and i personally don't think those look high AT ALL, but i don't where heels below 5 inches so i guess we have a difference in opinion. but yeah, the platform will def help you. it gives support, so they'll be more comfortable and won't feel as high

Platforms are definitely easier to walk in, the style of the boot seems like you wont have trouble walking in them.

well, obviously, nothing would be as simple as just wearing flip flops everyday, but nonetheless, in comparison to all the shoes out there, platforms ARE easy to walk in. sure, it will take some getting used to, but as long as there high in the front, there just like walking in kitten heels.
