Being brought in for questioning by the police, help!?
A few nights ago I was at a raging party with some alcohol involved, go figure. At about 9 I pretty much forgot everything that happened due to my apparent intoxication. After I left the party the next day a girl called me and said we had sex, when I clearly remembered (only other thing I recalled about the whole night) that I fingered her. The police have now called me in for questioning definitely regarding that, and I'm guessing one or two of her parents have accused me of rape in some way, which is total crap. What are my rights and how do I get out of this safely? The girl is a legal adult (I was younger then her) so even if her allegations are true, what then? I'm way scared and just need some answers. HELP PLEASE!!!! P.S. Everyone at said party was beyond drunk, so I also think her perception of the incident was skewed.

You answer nothing and say nothing until you get legal council. Prosecutors and police officers in this country care about one thing CONVICTIONS. Do not discuss this case with anyone except your lawyer. Two key questions: 1) Am I being detained? and 2) Am I free to go? Basically, all you are required to provide is proof of your identity. If they are detaining you, you have a right to council. If you cannot afford one, the court will appoint one for you. Don't fall into the trap of "If you have nothing to hide, then you won't mind answering a few questions." Insist on council! You can of course take council with you to the questioning if you choose.
Bottom line, get a lawyer!

I'm not gonna lie but when I read "Raging Party" I laughed pretty hard.
If the girl is on your side and said that she agreed to it then your fine. If the girl says it was rape then you're pretty screwed because: a) They would normally go for the girl's side and b) you were totally smashed so you don't have 100% memory of what happened that night.

Or YOUR perception is skewed. The police will listen to both of you and possibly others who witnessed what happened. If they believe her story over yours, you will be charged. If the jury believes her, you will be convicted.
The only HELP you need is a lawyer.
