Personally I would say Gears of War but that's probably because the game looks and feel a bit like a movie and I feel that it would adapt to the big screen very well!

Metroid, that would be awesome.
And, The Heat Rises- they did make a movie out of Super Mario Bros. But it has pretty much nothing to do with the game. It's horrible, don't watch it.

Uncharted. That game has a fascinating storyline, and it's a video game! Imagine how awesome a movie would be!
