    That link will allow you to sign up for a new account.

    You'll want to then sign up for a service like Mermailer so you can protect your personal email address from spam mail (that you don't want)

    To start a new yahoo account go to the yahoo home page make sure your signed out of your current account.In the upper right corner look for Sign In New here? Sign Up Page just click.New here? sign up.
