How to sneak in a fish?

Yes I've try to convince my parents blah blah blah but I have a dog and guine pig and I didnt really take care of them went I was younger I've be trying but every time I do my mom says no no don't do that it's to mess or it's to hard and I really want something that's mine even if it's only a fish I have a spot where it won't be found I have money for everything I don't have a drivers liscense and my parents are over protective and I can't go to a friends house so I'm stuck once I get every thing I can get it in easily and the closest place I can get a fish is 6 miles away Ive done reasearch for nearing 1.5 months so anyway dont tell me I'm mean to fish I'm not I have everything plan out and I have 500$ ready to put toward the fish so how do I get a fish and supplies passed my parents yes I can hide it long term cuz I can put it in my basement (it's really crappy) and I'm gunna hide it in a corner where no one has be in over 7 years (longest I can remember) so anyway the only people who go even on that side are my two brothers and they stay in the top corner by their instruments and the fish I'm gunna get is a betta cuz I need an easy to care for fish I know everything I need to no and the space I'm referring to is only big enough for a 5 gallon I just need to know how to get to a petco or w.e

I am going to ignore the potential lecturing about parents, trust, responsibility for pets, blah blah blah because this is the fish section and it sound like you are going to do this anyway. Wait...is your question "how to get to petco?" That isn't really a fish question but here is an answer...get ready...a map, or use your mobile device, it could probably guide you there with the gps. 

If you need to sneak the stuff in, why not go into the basement and find a box that the stuff will fit into, empty it out. If anyone asks, you are working on a school project idea or say you wanted to recycle something, sounds legit. Hide the box outside the house, in some bushes or a shed. Find a safe way to get to the store....... You know what, i must be getting old because this is starting to sound like a bad idea to tell a young person. Sorry, i have a good plan but my conscious just kicked me.

Why get a fish if you can't even place it in a room where you're going to see it?
This will destroy any trust your parents have in you. Try asking them and showing them the money you have. Promise that you'll pay and care for it. 
Or set them down and explain that you are old enough to help with the dog and guinea pig. It doesn't sound like you really want a fish, you just want a pet of your own and the best way to get one is to start caring for what you already have.
If they still say no, just accept it, sneaking a fish in will not help.

You won't be able to hide a fish tank and I know if my kid pulled something like this I would get rid of the animal that day.  Just wait until you move out.
