Where can my brother meet people that like break-dancing and Mixing music?

So my brother is 17 and he loves to mix music and do break dancing but he just moved from our country of origin to South Florida. Since I'm not familiar with those things. I was wondering if anyone knew places where people meet and do those things. BTW he is not in High School over here, he is taking his GED so he really cannot meet people in school

    Let him cross 18.

    He has to search the local place or discuss with like minded people
