When was the last time you were really grateful about something a member of the opposite sex did for you?

I was grateful when a friend of mine from the opposite sex came to visit me when I was feeling depressed recently.

When my partner bought me home some flowers a few months ago. I put them in a pot on the windowsill. He stayed with his Brother last night so that he could finish a video game and I was also grateful for the kiss he gave me before we parted.

My partner said the other day he was happy to have someone who loved him for him. We don't have those conversations very often and he doesn't usually express these feelings as much as he did that time. He is a very emotionally reserved person, the complete opposite to me. I have no problem talking about my day to day feelings and sometimes this clashes but I would never want to be apart from him.

My friend said my name and that makes me grateful because no one says my name. People take the small things for granted such as hearing your own name but hearing my name means a lot to me.

Sometimes people forget im alive and I start to wonder if Im still here so hearing my name brings me back down to earth

I send hours alone in my room and my mom always calls me messed up names and cusses me out all the time so its feels good to be called by your real name for once

BQ:No one ever express gratitude towards me and I do a lot for others but no one cares :(

When my bird died (it was a very emotional time *no sarcasm*) my little brother gave me his treasured teddy bear to cheer me up :)

Yesterday I made scones, I'm sure there was some form of graditude and appreciaction expressed between the stuffing of scones down throats.

my friend went shopping for groceries for me because i was too sick to go.

he did that about three days ago. he even refused to take money for it.

today, i went to his place and cleaned it up for him, because he is having people over. he was so happy - he told me that i did in one hour what would have taken him a few days. his place was pretty bad, but i like to clean up, so it looked good after i was done with it.

we both look out for each other, and i am so grateful for that.

My woman made me a sandwich and I didn't even have to beat her for very long until she did it
