Need help planning a diet!?
I'm looking to shed a few pounds so that way I lose my round belly. Here's a summery of me to help you help me plan one. I'm 16, male. I'm not over weight, only 138lbs at 5'8" but my stomach isn't as flat as i'd like it to be. I have the cardio part of losing weight because I run cross country for my schools team. I do about 5 miles on average per day, six days a week. Some days I run a little more. I don't eat healthy at all. Mostly burgers, chicken tenders, buffalo wings, etc.. I don't want to try the standard "Salad Diet" because don't get me wrong, I love salads, but as I said, I run cross country and salads don't give me enough energy to run well. So pretty much I want a diet that will help me lose the last of my stomach fat but yet still provide enough energy to run cross country well. Thanks!!

You don't want to lose weight. You are thin enough. Maybe use the gym facilities at school. Talk to your running coach. Regarding nutrients from plant food, don't omit. Include as part of your meals.
