at least he's consistent? I guess...disaster relief is one of those things you don't put off tho...it would kind of be like saying, "I'm not going to stick my Fibula back into my leg until I have the money to pay for it up front," after breaking your leg.

The only source for this claim is one from Media Matters which calls it a "Fox lie" so I'm confused... However, I did find these multiple sources which says funding for Joplin and Tuscaloosa is being cut to supplant FEMA who has "insufficient funds"... So it appears to me that if FEMA admits they have insufficient funds to cover the newest damage from "global warming" that YES INDEED it does "have to come from somewhere" so if Cantor is saying it, HE IS RIGHT! PS- Simply printing more doesn't mean we have "more money"!

Should be fine. His state, Virginia, has a budget surplus and a rainy day fund.
