Why is Fox News is Attacking Obama for " Over-Reacting to Hurricane Irene"?
My wife and I both noticed , for the past few days, lots of personalities on Fox News have been saying Obama Over Reacted to Hurricane Irene. Which is strange to us because when the Tornado's hit in Joplin , He was in Europe, while he was in Europe, Fox Blamed him for being away during the disaster. So this time he's here, warning the Nation, and they say he's over-reacted because the Hurricane slowed down??? I mean, What would Fox have said if Obama said nothing at all? It just seems like this guy can't do anything right by their eyes.. How should he have reacted to Hurricane Irene in their eye's??? So far 30+ People have been reported dead, I'd say it was pretty serious... That's more deaths than the Joplin Tornados. Which they relentlessly attacked him over for under acting.

He was TOO prepared. Trying to show up Bush. He had someone competent in charge. He should have had at least someone on the same level as a former horse show judge.

Fox News has a default setting that anything the President says or does is wrong.
Even when the President agrees with Republicans on an issue, he's still wrong.
They aren't a legitimate news organization, they're the media branch of the far right wing.
They lost any hope of credibility when they helped Glenn Beck organize his protest rally.
It's one thing to have a slant, but those folks aren't above changing the facts if they get in the way of a good story/rant.
If it were me, I'd find a new news station to watch, as most anything else would be better.

No such thing as over reacting to a hurricane. Ask George Bush what happens when you under-react to a hurricane. All Obama has to say is we don't want to make the same mistakes as the Bush administration during Katrina and over reaction becomes very understandable.

The conservatives - including FOX -- are well aware that on Obama's watch, the response to natural disasters has been consistently fast, efficient and effective. An they know that is being compared to the incompetent mess that the GOP and Bush made in Katrina. They are trying to discredit Obama because they know every time he responds effectively to a crisis, the right wing loses more votes.

You have to consider the source. When the earthquake hit the East Coast last week, Fox didn't report on it when it happened. They kept harping on the Libya story and the arrogant newscaster said "If you want to know about the earthquake, change the channel".

Republicans will never acknowledge anything Obama does right, its sickening to say the least

Because it's Fox News. They only care about criticizing Obama, no matter what he does, or says it will never be enough for them. Because Obama is blac....I mean he's a Communist, Socialist, Muslim, Kenyan, Marxist who holds a deep seated hatred for white people and the white culture.

Thats what they do - its a deliberate murdoch tactic. They know a lot of the public enjoys being critical and pander to it. The only problem is they are encouraging stupid attitudes in society such as not paying enough tax and causing decay.
