Do you think money influences politicians?
Is it fair that multinational corporations can buy our politicians? Or do you think that corporations are spending billions on our politicians because they like them so much?
Do you believe that corporations aren't making an investment in our politicians when they pledge to give $400 million to them?
6 AnswersPolitics9 years agoHave any of you had to actually deal with health insurance companies?
It seems to me that people that have actually dealt with health insurance companies know why it's so important to get health reform.
I've had to deal with health insurance companies almost my entire life for various reasons and that's why I think Obamacare doesn't go far enough, it leaves the health insurance companies in charge.
It feels like everyone is fine with their health insurance until they actually have to deal with them and have a serious medical emergency.
12 AnswersPolitics9 years agoDon't you love the Republicans whining about the conservative Supreme Court now that they lost?
I'm actually surprised that the paid-off justices on the Supreme Court actually upheld the healthcare law.
3 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhat do you think about Rick Scott not letting a World War 2 vet vote?
http://www.npr.org/blogs/itsallpolitics/2012/05/31...
In order to stop the fake controversy of voter fraud (there have been more reported cases of shark attacks than voter fraud in the last 10 years in Florida) this World War 2 vet can't vote because Rick Scott wants to keep a stranglehold on power for him and the Republican Party.
The ONLY reason these laws are coming up is to keep minorities away from the polls, minorities who typically vote fro Democrats.
Voter fraud is a fake controversy and now American heroes are having their rights taken away because of greedy Republicans.
1 AnswerPolitics9 years agoIf Democrats abuse the filibuster 1/3rd as much as Republicans do now how much will Republicans cry on Fox?
The filibuster is a tool of Congress that was originally supposed to be used in extreme cases where it was called for. Filibusters are not even specified as a procedure of congress in the Constitution.
It seems standard operating procedure for Republicans these days to IMMEDIATELY filibuster any legislation proposed by Democrats.
So how much do you think Republicans would whine and cry on Fox News if the Democrats filibustered even a couple pieces of legislation?
How much are Democrats complaining about what the Republicans are doing now?
7 AnswersPolitics9 years agoDo you agree with Obama that poultry producers should regulate themselves?
http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/privatized-m...
A report done on some factories that already do self-regulation found that almost 63% of the poultry they produce are contaminated. 95% of the contamination is fecal matter.
But it would save the USDA 100 million a year and it would save the poultry producers over 500 million a year.
10 AnswersPolitics9 years agoCould anyone predict that Rick Santorum would be where he is now in the Presidential race a year ago?
If someone was able to predict that a lunatic like Rick Santorum would be where he is now 2 years ago they should definitely get a raise.
It's so surreal that someone that lost their Sentate election by SIXTEEN points and has used the phrase "man-on-dog sex" in a serious official statement could possibly be where he is now.
5 AnswersPolitics9 years agoIs Obama going to win the election because the banks who own the country are comfortable with him?
I mean why would they need to change things up? It's not like Obama has prosecuted a single banker that crashed the markets in 2008. He just keeps giving them more and more government money.
Romney would of course do the same, so why even change it up? They already own Obama.
13 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWould it be possible for the Republican delegates to nominate Chris Christie at the Convention?
Is it possible and is there a chance of it happening? I keep hearing people talking about Chris Christie, Jeb Bush and even Sarah Palin being nominated at the convention even if Mitt Romney or Santorum or Gingrich wins the most states.
Do you think it would be a good idea?
4 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhat do you think about Judge Napolitano getting fired from Fox business for speaking the truth?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOaCemmsnNk
I disagree with Napolitano on a LOT of things but this right here is amazing he hit the nail on the head on everything from Obama to Reagan. Fox fired him for it.
15 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhy do you think Mitt Romney is running for President?
18 AnswersPolitics9 years agoHow do people against Obamacare feel about this woman who was only able to get treatment because of it?
http://imgur.com/gallery/KkHne
Because the health insurance companies would rather watch someone die to save a few bucks. Free market!
Of course she didn't have healthcare to begin with, how would you feel being dropped when you HAVE healthcare? It's not a nice feeling.
13 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhere will Ron Paul supporters go if he doesn't win the nomination and doesn't run as a third-party candidate?
Will they follow along with the Republican Party?
Will they vote for the Libertarian Presidential Candidate?
Will they not show up to vote at all?
Will they all split up and do different things?
What do you think?
14 AnswersPolitics9 years agoIs professional puppy/dog training worth it at like Petsmart?
Also, what's the best age of the puppy to take them to a professional trainer?
I'm talking about puppy training in a class with other dogs and their owners of course.
9 AnswersDogs9 years agoAre all Old English Sheepdogs tails docked or are some born without tails?
Is it appropriate to ask a breeder to not dock the tail of the dog you want to purchase?
12 AnswersDogs9 years agoWhat is the most humane(and effective) way to punish a dog for bad behavior?
I'm thinking about getting a puppy(Old English Sheepdog) and I've heard conflicting ideas on the subject of punishment and negative reinforcement?
If I need to punish my dog what is the best way to go about it that will teach them that what they are doing is wrong.
Should I punish them differently when they are a puppy and when they are older?
