Wht to do when BP is high.. in the immediate hour?
My mums BP is 184/103, just checked 10 mins ago... what should she do?

if shes feeling faint or anything go immediately to the hospital.. but if shes ok its just high wait a couple minutes and try again then if it higher or same still to be on the safe side id go to the hospital and be sure shes not having anything wrong in her system. HOWEVER if you cant drive her and no one is around to drive her i would highly suggest you call an ambulance or a close enough family member to drive because due to her high blood pressure we dont want her to faint while driving bad idea for her and u if ur in the car!!

take it again later 2 more times after sitting for 10 minutes if it is still high tomorrow then get her to the doctors
