Is it true that WI is now the only state in the union that isn't in debt?

I've been hearin some people say that, and I'm not sure that I believe them, but I honestly dont know.

    No. There are others. Eight states have AAA status. I live in Georgia and we are required to balance the budget by law. I have read New Jersey turned their budget around as did Virginia and Indiana, but I am not sure.

    Wisconsin, my state, was in debt before Walker and still is - about $ 22 BILLION.

    I think North Dakota is doing pretty well for itself.
