Justice in modern America is a joke. There are no concrete legal statutes, and politics play such a large role in the judicial system that virtually every ruling is compromised. And the penal system is just a way to keep aberrant personalities at a distance from the public who find them offensive or discomforting. But the public dime pays for it, so in the end the innocent and law-abiding citizens of this country bear the burden of supporting the criminals, just so we don't have to look at them. How would YOU improve the system, if given the chance and authority?

I ask for non-Biblical references because I am seeking impartiality. Since the Bible is designed to be a veritable Christian propaganda hand-book all it can get me in these regards are pseudo-historical vagaries. This is meant to be a slam. I believe that a truly informed public can shape a better future for their country, so if there is a better alternative to Obama, we owe it to ourselves to at least know our options. Perry was originally a Democratic Senator in Texas. Then, he announced his switch in the late 80's. Does anybody know WHY he did that?

Every time I try to make baked hot wings, they dont come out right. I don't know if the cooking process just neutralizes the spice in the sauce or what, but I'm getting kind of annoyed. Are there any sauces out there that would remain spicy thru the baking process?

I've got a 96 Toyota Avalon XLS. When I pump the brake pedal, it has a lot less pressure behind it than it used to. I've noticed that when I pump my brakes, my front left brake and my back right brake don't react. Could I fix that by replacing the brake line?

Please bear in mind, this is an entirely un-biased question. I know that he was not exactly a great President, but at the same time, I also know that that there was some pretty useful legislation passed during his presidency that was greatly over-shadowed by his adiministration's handling of the post-9/11 world, and the subsequesnt 'War on Terror'. I aim to develop a better perspective on recent American history with this question, not to exalt OR insult the man or his actions. Serious answers only, please, and links are VERRRY helpful.
