Open red bumps on back of my leg?

On the inside of the back of my leg, behind my knee. There are 3 of them in a triangle. They are the size of a bug bite, and the top of then is open, but no blood comes out. They are excruciatingly itchy, and have been there for around 6 months without going away, the itch just eases off a bit sometimes; but not for long. I don't itch at them because scratching then makes the pain worse. Does anyone know what this is or what I can do to get rid of this
