Is a 3.44 GPA considered good?

Well, I am a junior in high school, and I just found out that I have a 3.44 GPA. Just wondering if that is considered good.

    On the traditional 4 point scale a 3.44 is a very respectable grade point average! You should be very happy with it :) a 4.0 is an A, 3.0 is a B so you are somewhere in the B+ range overall. Many colleges begin giving honors out around 3.5 so just a bit higher and you will have a REALLY fantastic grade point average!

    It depends on the scale. If it is out of a four, yes. If it's like mine and out of 6, then no.
