I'm a Pilipino. Currently residing in Owings Mills, Maryland. I am a big NBA Fan of both D-Wade and the Heat and LeBron and the Cavs. And will further support my countryman, Manny Pacquiao!

  • If you could ask Manny Pacquiao one question, what would it be?

My Question: Manny, you have risen to the top in an amazing journey, did you ever imagine, in your earlier boxing career, that your legacy would have been this big, rising from poverty, to become one of the best, if not the best fighter of your era? P.S. What fight, out of your 7 fights between Barrera, Marquez, and Morales do you think you will be best remembered for?

  • Who has had the more difficult off-season: Derrick Rose or Michael Beasely?

This NBA offseason has been a very eventful one to say the least. Derrick Rose and Michael Beasely have both made headlines for not so flattering reasons, so whos offseason has been worse, the 2008 1st overall pick or the 2008 2nd overall pick?

  • Zab Judah Passed up an Opportunity to fight Shane Mosley?

Even as late as Sunday, Zab Judah's name came up as a possible opponent when it is revealed that GBP CEO Richard Shaefer offered him a chance to face Mosley for half a million, 5% of PPV, and a 24/7 series. But Judah turned down the offer, thinking he is worth more than he really is as of now. Kinda pathetic if you ask me. He was given an opportunity to get his career back on track by fighting Mosley, but turns it down. Now its Mosley vs. Clottey, Judah vs. ???

BQ: What do you think of Judah turning down an offer to face "Sugar" Shane Mosley? What is next for Judah? I've been hearing rumors that he might go back to the undercard of Marquez-Mayweather to fight Antonio Diaz, not sure if its true. But what do you think is next for the "Supa" Judah?

  • Who have you lost respect for more, Pavlik or Haye?

    Self-Explanatory.

Is it "The Ghost"'s vanishing act whenever Abraham's name came up or his bashing of Showtime's "Super Six" tournament?

Or perhaps David Haye when he talked so much trash and he didn't deliver when it came to either Klitschko (regardless of however boring you or I might think they are)?

For me, it would have been dead even, until Kelly started to bash the Super Six Tourney. That broke the tie.

  • Pinoy Power 2: Conclusion?

In the first fight, undefeated Anthony Peterson won by UD, in an o.k. match.

Second fight, "Mighty" Mark Jason Melligen, a Mayweather sparring partner, showed his power, winning by K.O. against veteran Ernesto Zepeda, in a one-sided match.

Third fight got very interesting. Bernabe Concepcion against Steven Luevano. I was quite surprised in Luevano's excellent defense against Concepcion. The fight wasn't as exciting as I anticipated, but it did have controversy. Near the end of the 7th round, Concepcion hit Luevano with a hard right hook, then the bell rings, BUT Concepcion throws a 2-punch combination to Luevano's face & jaw, knocking him out, but led to Concecion's disqualification. It was obvious that the right action was taken, and I was quite disappointed that it ended this way, as I saw that Concepcion was just starting to heat up the end of that round. Did Concepcion hear the bell? The referee said he did, but it was possible that the loud cheers of the pro-Concepcion crowd had something to do with it, idk.

I hope it was accident, Concepcion hurt him before the bell sounded, maybe he didn't hear it, and just tried to finish the job, idk. I had Luevano winning by 3 rounds, but we might never know what had happened if the fight were to continue. 2 judges saw the bout, Luevano winning by 2-3 rounds, and 1 judge saw Concepcion winning by 1 round. I hope a rematch this winter clears the controversy.

Now for the main event. The Nonito Donaire vs. Rafael Concepcion was more exciting than most of you thought huh? Concepcion with his barrages, and Donaire with his accurate punches. Concepcion hit Donaire with a few, but hard punches the whole match, but Donaire was able to counter back and avoid many of them.

Donaire ran quite as much as Mayweather, maybe even more. The match was very exciting. I thought at times that Donaire was careless with his defense, leaving himself open with Concepcion's jabs. But Donaire digged out a UD and put an end to an exciting Pinoy Power 2.

To the people who watched the event, whatcha think?

  • How will Boxing Be Different in a Decade or so?

Do you expect anything to be different? In a decade, the human race will surely have come up with ideas to change areas of any sport. The NBA might have a 10-point line. NFL might have 2 quarterbacks lol. A wrestling feature may be added to the NHL, we all know that they love tackling and hitting each other in some sort of fashion. And MMA, may have already been a distant memory, similar to how professional wrestling has become.

First of all, do you even think Boxing will change? Yes or No? If Yes, how would it change? If No, why wouldn't it?

Boxing is good as it is right now. But you won't know if there will be something come a decade or so that will help the sport. To me, boxing is perfect. But that is what people said about the NBA in the 50's. Anything could change......
