60th Pick or Undrafted: What Would You Rather Be?

*If you could get into the NBA in someway or another, in what way would it be? Would you rather be the 60th Overall Pick in the upcoming draft, or go undrafted, but eventually signed by an NBA Team? You Tell Me!

There were plenty of players who went undrafted but still had solid NBA careers. It just meant that talent wise you couldn't compare with the others in the class or the teams thought they needed someone else.

Ben Wallace, Raja Bell, Bruce Bowen, Anthony Morrow, Udonis Haslem are some of the players that went undrafted but still have decent NBA careers.

Some of the undrafted were just because they were in a strong draft class. If they came out earlier or later they might have been a late round pick.

Me personally I would prefer being the last pick rather then being undrafted. The tryouts and such are vigirous and it is nice to have known that it paid off somewhat.

You cant control how good the other people in you draft class are, only yourself.

  • Either way would be nice LOL. But being undrafted would honestly be ok, since if you do make it to a team, it shows the hardwork and dedication you had to make it to the sport that we love. Being a 60th Pick, you might not get signed or you may go overseas, but if you go undrafted and signed, it means the team really wants you. Either way would be great to tell you the truth.

60th pick. It is an amazing honor to be drafted, No matter where you go. While you might have the same shot as a player who is drafted, going undrafted is very difficult because you have to find a team and try out for them, and you are not guaranteed a spot on the team, while if you are drafted you are on the team initially, and can work your way up immediately

    60th pick.

You work that hard at Draft workouts, scrimmages, practices, scouts see you, and it's a great honor just to be drafted.

Being undrafted means you basically put all those stuff you did to waste for the year, and not to mention it kinda hurts you emotionally.

I'd say 60th pick. My dream is to be in the NBA and I wanna get in no matter how

i would choose to be the 60th pick. because then you are almost guarenteed a spot to be in the nba. you might not play that much, but at least you are getting a paycheck. to be undrafted means you might never play in the nba
