Desktop screen recorder?
I need a desktop screen recorder for recording something on my emulator. It's going to be a lot of recording so I'd prefer if it wasn't in such a space consumer like .avi
I would prefer to be able to record sound, but if I can't that's fine. It can be free or for purchase. Prefer the former obviously. Haha. Thanks!
I'm using CamStudio now. It's great and I can use it perfectly. It's just the file type I don't like because it's a ridiculous time taker. But, maybe it's the best I'll get.

The best Desktop screen Recorder Ive use is CamStudio there is a bunch of unique things you can do if you know how to work it...The Best part is there is no watermark anywhere in the recording it has 2 formats in which it can record Avi is the default x3..there is one prob that ive come across(in the Beta version which you don't have to get) is that if you have dell dock open and you record and press on the icon to the program it will make your screen blink like crazy...but a very easy thing to avoid especially if you don't have dell dock x3
--------->http://camstudio.org/%3C------ The officialsite its a very simple and fast download if you choose to use it =3

CamStudio is free but if you're computer doesn't have lot's of ram, a good cpu and video card your video will be lower quality.

You can also try Screen Recording Suite, which can help you capture whatever on your desktop as video, it also can help you record audio from the speakers or your voice from the microphone. Hope it helps.
