If it looks and smells okay, it's okay. Tomato based foods like spaghetti sauce are too acidic for scary food poisons to develop in. They may mold, which you can see and taste, or they may ferment, which bubbles and tastes winey. Before you make your spaghetti, heat the sauce to boiling. Add a little wine or water to thin it enough that it doesn't stick, but just bring it to a boil, then let it bubble away for 5 minutes or so, just to refresh it. But it should be fine to use. Tomato sauces aren't sneaky. They tell you when they aren't good.

Toss it. in the refrigerator it could be questionable. sooner or later in case you open a jar of sauce and are not going to apply it, positioned the unused potion in a plastic zip lock bag with as little air as attainable and freeze it until you do wan to apply it.
