Why do people keep posting math questions in the words and wordplay section?

I am getting frustrated. It seems that every 10th question is some kid's math problem. Why don't they post it in "homework help"?

    Because they probably title it wrong and it is put in the wrong section

    It's a busy forum and I suppose the think they will get an answer more quickly. They don't realise that the questions usually don't stick around long enough to get answered.
