Why didn't yahoo give me an atta boy?

Congratulations, Tom! I'm still waiting for the beige Lamborghini....so far....not even a toaster. Oh, well....

They've cut back on many things they used to do for a winner. I didn't get one

either, and I was so surprised. I expected a prize, since I had received a tote

bag with Yahoo on it, when I reached a lower level before that. So I realized it

was no longer a policy to send a prize to winner. But you'd think that they would

give you a 'shout out' when Level 7 was reached. They show an excited lady

whenever we receive a Best Answer. So there should be something even more

to look forward to, when you've reached that milestone. It just doesn't seem fair.

I think I got a notice of congratulations but I really don't remember. On the other hand, violations have slowed down, too. It's not something I'd wring my hands about. I'm happy to open my mail in the morning and not get a stupid "You have been reported by the Answers Community...." or "Violation Notice"...

I got here to level 3 5 times, something about "violations" or something.

What?! That's not right. Why those........!!!!! You should have been given some kind of recognition for being so faithful on this board. What would they do without any of us?

Congrats! ... At least your Qs have not been slapped down with endless violation emails like many of us have received in the past. It is a much better neighborhood lately.

I got a violation today and I don't see anything wrong with my question.

They give you nothing, and they give you violations for questions that are not offensive and nothing is wrong. Some of them are real whack jobs!
