Perry likes to look dumb but he’s a power politician and a very canny one. What seems to really animate him is competition, not the wish to do good. He wins and he is as ugly as anyone. He prayed for the country yet his prayer did not include anyone but evangelists. He admittedly never gave a thought to the fact some people on death row in Texas were innocent and still executed or spent years in jail. He wanted to mandate vaccination of all girls while he was closely connected with pharmaceutical company that produces the vaccine and all that while crying over government making decisions for people. Texas has high rate of employment but is the only state in the country in which more than 50% of people work for a minimum wage. Is that the happy face of America we are looking forward to? It is all sick.

I am a liberal, and I see the same thing from the Republicans every election cycle........they are intimidated by intelligence. Although I hardly agree with most of their ideas, I think, as I did 3 years ago, that Mitt Romney is the best choice, and Huntsman is not bad either......however the sheep need a cowboy that they see themselves on the same level with.....George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush and even Reagan in his westerns.....dumb people like cowboys....and they are truly dumb, no joke intended. This has to eventually lead to a north/south division of country, for good.

Perry gives me the creeps. He seems sleazy and insincere. Mitt Romney comes across much more credible. However, personally , I am a Ron Paul fan, since I believe in freedom , liberty, sound currency so we will not get robbed by inflation, to get rid of the Federal Reserve, to get rid of the corruption of the bought and paid for lobbyists who are bribing our politicians, and to bring the troops home and to stop being the policeman of the world . It's time to face reality that the country is broke. We can't keep spending money we don't have via the printing press (the Federal Reserve, which in nothing but a private company , separate from the government. ) We need to stop this madness!!
