Pain and pelvic pressure at 33 weeks?
I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. This is my 3rd pregnancy but will only result in my second child. I previously had a molar pregnancy which was diagnosed in September 2010. Other than me being nervous this has been a picture perfect pregnancy! I started losing my mucus plug about a week ago and this week, especially the past 24-48 hours I have had a lot of pelvic pressure and small cramping. Nothing regular but nothing makes it go away either. Is this Braxton-Hicks? With my first son I didn't have any so this is something very new for me! He has been very active through all this but it has gotten to the point that it hurts almost bad enough for me to call the doctor but I keep telling myself I go back in 7 days so why bother them. All they are going to do is tell me to go to the hospital and get checked out. Do you think this warrants a call or trip to L&D? TIA!

I definitely think you need to call your doctor. It kind of does sound like the beginning stages of labour and at 33 weeks labour needs to be stopped ASAP or you at the very least need to get a shot of steroids so your baby's lungs can develop a bit better.
You might go back to the doctor in a week but you could be crowning within 24 hours. If you go to the hospital and you're less than 4cms dilated they'll generally be able to stop labour so it's definitely a good idea to call your doctor at the very very least, if not go into L&D. I know it's a pain in the butt and nobody wants to go to the hospital (I had major dizziness last week, almost passed out in the shower and had ridiculous body shakes all coming on in 30 minutes and I still refused to go to hospital because I had a midwife appointment the next day, so I totally understand where you're coming from) but at the end of the day this does sound really serious and you do need to get checked out.
Good luck :) I hope everything is ok

With a moment being pregnant and any next being pregnant after that you're going to have extra pains and suffering so much prior within the being pregnant and the braxton hick are a lot more painful they usually occur so much prior. I have had five pregnancies and with the final one million I would barley stroll after 30weeks since of the strain and the braxton hicks
