Selling my car, to fix or not to fix?

There is a crack in the front bumper cover of my car and I am getting ready to sell it. It is a 2006 honda Civic. If you were in the market for a car would you even consider a car with a front bumper cover crack if it was $1000 less than blue book value?

OR should I fix it and put it for sale at blue book value?

Sell it as is. People who know what they're buying would not let a small crack stop them, especially if the price is right.

What is MORE important is how well you maintained the car while you owned it.

You can pop open the hood and in 60 seconds or less tell what kind of maintenance it has had. If I open it up and see grease and rusty stains all over the engine bay, I close the hood and say "thanks for your time" and leave......quickly.

The gasoline filer is somewhat decrease priced, its under $20 for many automobiles. Tires are slightly expensive reckoning on what variety you get. the fee for each tire can run you everywhere from $50 as much as $a hundred a tire. additionally, with 130k miles on it, i could no longer inform you what else become incorrect with it. as an occasion, do you recognize whilst the timing chain/belt become final replaced. Or whilst the transmission clear out become replaced or maybe the radiator has ever been flushed out in any respect. with out special upkeep historic previous, this automobile could be extra hassle than its somewhat worth. yet what do i comprehend, I purely play with automobiles for relaxing.
