Is it possible to buy a vehicle from a dealership in another state and have it shipped?

I am interesting in buying a vehicle from a dealership in another state because they have the color I want and at a better price than anything I can find locally.  Can a dealership "ship" a car (I presume via those big trucks that have cars hanging off them) to my area and if so, what would it generally cost?

Depending on the distance, they will often trade cars and the cost is zero.

Yes they can ship.   Cost $100,000.

Okay maybe I over valued the delivery cost,  I was looking at you living at the north pole.

You really need to speak to the dealer about the cost of shipping to you as that is an important consideration before you can decide if its good value.

You will need to speak to your state road authority about how you go putting it on the road.

Why wouldn't you ask the dealership in question? How could anyone here know what some unidentified car dealership can do? Or how much it costs? 'In another state' could mean 5 miles away or 800 miles away.

Yes they can have it shipped to you but it generally cost about $500 to have them do it.
