i think it is annoying, although it is not something that is of huge concern to me. i don't mind who gets best answer.

It does not annoy me.
But, I think
they should show respect to the folks who care to answer their questions
by choosing the B / A themselves.

that's why I never ask a question, I would probably forget about it and not choose
