Easy. Find a hobby. Then see if there's any school team or Club that matches your hobby. Obviously you will make friends with those who has the same hobby as you and itll spark an easy friendly bond.

For example i liked playing volleyball at one point, joined the team, and I've now become friends with a lot of people in my school, and also friends from other high school that we have competed. Soon enough after graduation, its those with the same hobbies and interest from your own school and other school that stick with you.
