Kawasaki Ninja 250, but I would advise getting your license still. You will want to take it everywhere when you realize how fun it is.

like your still practically responsible for any & all damage you cause...

when you hit a car... or run over a pedestrian... the police will arrest you..

if you kill the pedestrian... they throw you in jail for 8 years..

buy a 250cc bike & get a licence... safe is always better than sorry.

a bike only goes as fast as you want it to go having the extra power on such a smooth bikes inspires confidence but ability cannot be inspired

id say start out small 125 for a few months to a year then get what ever bike you want
