In the task bar, click connection, click repair connection. It will disconnect and reconnect and assign another ip address.

You cant. Try getting a free account from juno.
Forum moderators need to ban trolls from their forum. If it was easy to change your IP address, when you get banned you could just get a new IP address, then register for a new account, and excercise your right to freedom of expression. Then you could troll the **** out of that forum again and again.
While some people may tell you this can be done, in reality they can't let you do that, because if you could, all the other trolls could do this and soon, there would be no civilization left in cyberspace.
So don't bother trying any of the methods these people recommend, they are trolling you.

I'm sorry but you will have to go to the library and use their computer to get back into the forum you that banned you.
